Meet Miss Catawba Valley
Morgan Wuest
My name is Morgan Wuest, and I am honored to serve as Miss Catawba Valley 2025. Originally from Hickory, North Carolina, I am currently pursuing my legal education as a first-year law student at High Point University. My passion lies in the fields of family and criminal law, where I aspire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve.
Music has always been a cornerstone of my life. For my talent, I perform on the harp, an instrument that has captured my heart and become my true artistic passion. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of playing several instruments, including the viola and piano, but the harp holds a special place in my life. Through my performances, I aim to share the transformative power of music with my community, inspiring others to find joy and connection through the arts.
My Community Service Initiative (CSI), Victory for Veterans, is dedicated to advocating for veterans through appellate clinics that assist in disability claims. As a volunteer in one of these clinics, I work to ensure that veterans in my community receive the legal advocacy and support they so rightly deserve. These clinics provide pro bono assistance to veterans navigating the often-complex appeals process, helping them secure the benefits they have earned through their service.
My goal is to raise awareness about the unique challenges faced by veterans in North Carolina and to inspire others to take action in supporting these brave individuals. By amplifying the voices of our veterans and advocating for their rights, I hope to create lasting change and demonstrate our collective gratitude for their sacrifices.
Serving as Miss Catawba Valley 2025 has given me the platform to combine my passions for advocacy, music, and community engagement. I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and look forward to continuing my work to uplift and empower those around me.
